There are constraints regarding where Granny Flats can be sited on your block. We are generally able to do a quick check to confirm suitability for you.

Each Granny Flat is custom crafted on site, allowing you to watch your Dream come to life before your eyes. We use experienced tradesmen for all aspects of the build, with quality control monitored daily.

Subject to design and specific site constraints, our Villas can be built within 12 weeks from the moment layouts, finishes and fixtures have been selected, signed off and deposits paid.

Our Granny Flats are built with everything you need, to move in and start to "Live a Little".

We have a finance consultant who will be able to help you with your finance applications if required.

Prestige Living will arrange the documents required to achieve the Building Permit. Fees apply.

We have crafted 5 different interior fit-out themes that can be incorporated into any of our floor plans, with 4 external claddings to choose from.

As each property is unique, we cannot include the costs for utility connections without doing a site investigation first. Once we have completed our site survey, we can advise of the total costs for connections such as Water, Sewer and Electricity.

Prestige Living have designed all aspects of the construction with the environment in mind. We use an all steel structure for the frame, eliminating the need to harvest our valuable trees, and where possible use engineered materials sourced from sustainable sources for every aspect of the fit-out and finishes internally and externally.

Even the foundations have been designed for minimal impact on your property and the environment.

While our designs are predominantly designed for residential use, we can adapt our models to be completely off grid and self sufficient. This option is perfect for a bush block getaway, and/or Air B&B potential for an income stream.
